Operational events from many systems — in one place
An organization received operational events from several systems, in different formats and with no shared overview. We built a platform that brings them together and lets AI help sort them.

One view
Events in different formats become one prioritized view, with history and trends.
Starting point
Each system described events in its own way, and there was nowhere to see them together, follow their history, or judge what mattered most. Investigating a single event took time, and larger patterns were hard to spot.
What we did
We were responsible for the whole chain — from requirements and solution design to development, integrations, and deployment. Events are collected in a common format and shown in one interface with details, supporting documents, history, and trends. AI enriches, classifies, and prioritizes what comes in, and an assistant helps people interpret events and find related material.
Result
Operational events from many sources are now in one place, sorted by what matters most. That makes single events easier to investigate and patterns easier to see over time.
